The Selby Workshops Building is located in the transitional Lexington-Hamline neighborhood which continues to re-gentrify itself with new life by affording smaller entrepreneurs the opportunity to grow their business in places such as the Selby Workshops Building. In 2014, Maven CRE repositioned a kitchen cabinet production facility to a high-quality, multi-tenant “maker space” building that is now home to craftsmen, artisans, designers, freelancers and consultants. Significant capital improvements were made to the exterior and interior of the building resulting in studio spaces that are functional, sustainable, airy and appealing.
