Leadership – Mike Finkelstein
Mike is the owner of Maven CRE and since 1980 has been involved in various facets of commercial real estate that include brokerage, project management, asset/property management and development of commercial mixed-use properties. In April 2015, Mike formed Maven CRE to pursue advisory services for existing and new clients and while providing property and project management services for its own commercial property portfolio.
Prior to this endeavor, Mike had a 23 year tenure with The Ackerberg Group and most recently was Vice President, heading-up its brokerage division. With his broad range of experience and knowledge of the industry, Mike has a long list of clients for whom he has provided advisory services that include commercial and investment property sales and leasing, property repositioning, redevelopment, select buyer and tenant representation and consultation.
Recognized as South Minneapolis’s “commercial real estate expert,” since 1992, Mike has transacted in excess of $50,000,000 and brokered more sale and lease transactions in Uptown and along the Lake Street corridor than any other commercial real estate practitioner. Mike is a licensed real estate broker in Minnesota and serves as Treasurer on the Executive Committee of the Uptown Association. Mike is an active member of several real estate organizations, including the Minnesota Shopping Center Association (MSCA), International Shopping Center Association (ISCA), Minnesota Association of Realtors (MAR), and the National Association of Realtors (NAR).
